Anyone can do Ageless Grace! These exercises anyone can do, sitting in a chair or standing. Set to great music and fun, they’re adaptable to your current physical state. We welcome people with physical challenges and disabilities. Benefits include balance, cardio condition-ing, coordination, upper and lower body strengthening, joint mobility, spinal flexibility, and laughter. Bring your sense of humor and fun! It’s never too late to begin! $3 suggested donation.
