Newtonville Books 10 Langley Road

Newtonville Books is hosting Pauls Toutonghi on Tuesday, June 28, to read from his novel “Dog Gone”.

When six-year-old golden retriever Gonker with Addison’s disease disappears on the Appalachian Trail, Fielding Marshal knows that he only has 23 days to find the dog before he dies.

A true story of a family in crisis, Toutonghi applies a sense of humor to a tale of compassion and loss. “Dog Gone is by turns a story about how a family comes together in a crisis—and the way heroism can assert itself in the little things we do each day.”

Toutonghi will read from “Dog Gone” at Newtonville Books on Tuesday, June 28, at 7:00pm.
