In honor of National Healthcare Decisions Day, Lorna J. Brunelle will give a program designed to ignite a meaningful dialogue between patients and care providers about quality of life decision making. The workshop will celebrate the importance of research, advocacy, preparation and hope. The program is cosponsored by Good Shepherd Community Care and will help attendees learn how to:Change the landscape of end of life decision making;  Empower patients and care providers to find hope by using their voice through advocacy; Encourage patients and care providers to make every moment count.
