Continuing every other week through June, we will be offering sitting meditation and yoga sessions. Breathing and meditation practice helps cleanse the body mind complex enhancing the feeling of well-being, bringing clarity and calmness within. Participate in gentle yoga poses, breathing practices and guided meditation. Use a chair or sit on the floor. Bring your own yoga mat or cushion if you prefer. Come on a light stomach and bring a water bottle. No previous experience required. The group will be led by yoga and meditation teacher Janhavi Wadhwani. Appropriate for ages 14+.
