Planetarium

The planetarium will be set up in Druker Auditorium with 4 programs throughout the day. There will be space for 25 people in each program. You will sign up for a program in advance at the table outside Druker. Sign up will begin 30 minutes before each program.

1:15pm - In My Backyard (Grades K-2) - Explore the backyard through the seasons and get introduced to Moon phases, constellations, and the planets. 

2:00pm - In My Backyard (Grades K-2) - Explore the backyard through the seasons and get introduced to Moon phases, constellations, and the planets. 

2:45 pm - Oasis in Space (Grades 3+) -  Transport yourself on a startling and beautiful voyage through our universe, galaxy and solar system in search of liquid water - a key ingredient for life on Earth.

3:30 pm - Black Holes: The Other Side of Infinity (Grades 6+) - Learn about gravity and galaxies as you are dazzled with striking, immersive animations of the formation of the early universe, star birth and death, the collision of giant galaxies, and a simulated flight to a super-massive black hole lurking at the center of our own Milky Way Galaxy.
