Family Yoga Class

An opportunity to chuck the to-do list and enjoy an hour of fun, learning and connection with your loved ones! Our Family Yoga Class will be structured like kids yoga class with emphasis on interactive and partner poses for kids and adults to do together.  Activities include cooperative games, age-appropriate poses, partner poses between parent and child, breathing exercises, simple mindfulness activities, and relaxation. Poses and games in this class are designed for children ages 3-12 and their caregiver(s).  No yoga experience required.

Waban Artful Piano Summit Concerts

Alexei Tsiganov and Nina Ott & Chris Lopes Trio.

Russian born Alexei Tsiganov will perform at 1pm. His jaw-dropping artistry and innovation embrace a multitude of styles including Classical, Latin, Modal, BeBop, and more.

Nina Ott was on the faculty at Berklee for 6 years before moving to San Francisco. After years of performing in the vibrant Latin Jazz scene there, she returned east. Nina and her bassist husband Chris bring their magical trio back to Waban. This group’s interactions are breathtaking and their rhythmic creativity is hypnotic.
