Meditation Workshop

A Newton resident, Christina teaches a variety of techniques to help us achieve a less stressed lifestyle. This free workshop is open to any adult who would like an introduction to the techniques of mindfulness and meditation. Christina will lead us in a few exercises and will invite group discussion and questions. This is her third workshop at the WLC, following earlier visits that received glowing reviews.
