Winter Weight Loss Challenge

Sign up today for the Winter Weight Loss Challenge!  Our 8-week contest begins on Monday, January 11th.
The participant that loses the highest percentage of weight wins a one-year adult membership. Second place wins 3 personal training sessions and third place wins a fitness consultation.
Participating is easy:
1) Register at the front desk or online. The contest is $75 for members and $100 for non-members.
2) Make your first weigh-in appointment for January 11th with Jane Carroll at janec@westsuburbanymca.org. Weigh-ins are scheduled between 5:45 am and 10 pm on the 1st, 4th and 8th week of the competition. If we have a high volume of participants, the January 11th weigh-in may be extended to Tuesday, January 12th. You will receive a packet of fitness and nutrition information to help you through your competition and beyond at the first weigh-in, and we need you to fill out a health history form.
3) Schedule your orientation for the new fitness equipment*
4) Lose weight and get fit using our weight loss group classes and fitness and nutrition blog, which goes live on Jan 11. You can take up to three group classes a week.
