This gentle movement class can be performed while standing or seated. The main objective will be to increase balance, coordination, and flexibility. Increasing these three variables will help you perform activities of daily living easier. These gentle movements are inspired by elements of Tia Chi, yoga and balance, hence Ti-Yo-Ba. Seated or standing, every exercise can be modified to fit your needs!
