Concert for Clarinet, Voice and Piano

Alexandra Whitfield, soprano, William Kirkley, clarinet, and Elizabeth Whitfield, piano will perform Shepherd on the Rock by Franz Schubert, I Never Saw Another Butterfly by Lori Laitman and British folk song arrangements by Benjamin Britten and Ralph Vaughan Williams. Chamber music is a strong passion for these three performers who love to collaborate on classics and newly discovered repertoire.

FREE Family Fun Night @ the Y

Drop off your kids for a fun Friday night with YMCA qualified childcare staff. We order pizza for dinner and keep the children entertained with games, swimming, movies and sports. $25 per child for WSYMCA members and $30 for non-members. A 20% discount is offered per child for those with two or more children. Go out for the night and take advantage of this low-cost alternative to hiring a babysitter.

Comic Book Workshop Series Starts

In this series of workshops we'll learn about comic book drawing, story telling, structure, paneling and more!  Each meeting will focus on a different part of the creative process, and by the end you'll have a comic book of your own! This is a four-part series and we ask that you try to commit to coming to all four. Register online. Grades 7-12.
