Tipsy Truffle Making

This workshop leads students through a series of steps to making their own hand-enrobed and molded tipsy chocolates. During the session, students first learn to hand roll, enrobe and decorate their tipsy truffles. This readies them for the second experience, molded chocolates. Pathways to Prevention: Maximizing Brain-Healthy Behavior to Protect from Cognitive Decline
