MBTA Accessibility and Senior Charlie Cards 101

Staff from the MBTA Mobility Center will discuss how to sign up for reduced fares, board accessibly, and find priority seats. They will also explain how to
navigate the map, use the MBTA Trip Planner, ask for help when traveling, and how to sign up for free 1-on-1 Travel Training. Additionally, they will cover recent progress in accessibility and will assist participants with a Senior CharlieCard application at the end of the program. If you’d like to apply, please bring a government-issued photo ID. If you are under 65 and would like an Income-Eligible Reduced Fare, based on receiving state benefits (SNAP, MassHealth, or MASSGrant), also bring your benefits verification letter from the past three months.
