I’m Back on Tour

I loved visiting all 8 Wards during my “Laredo Listens” sessions during my first 100 days in office. We’ll be bringing back another “Laredo Listens” series this fall, but we wanted to change things up a bit for the summer.

My staff and I have organized several “Meet-Ups” across the city to come together for different types of summertime fun, casual conversation, and an opportunity to meet new friends and neighbors. The full schedule is here.

The first “Mayor Marc’s Summer Meet-Up” is next Tuesday at 1 p.m. Grab your sneakers and your water bottle and meet us in the circle at City Hall for a 1-mile walk and roll around Bullough’s Pond. There’s a group of City Hall staff who regularly traverse the route during their lunch on Tuesdays and they’ll welcome extra participants.
